Modern Kitchen Renovation and Fit-Out in Lambeth, London

For this home in Lambeth, London, we completed a full kitchen renovation covering cabinetry, worktops, splashback, flooring, electrical work, lighting and decoration. The finished kitchen combines high-gloss cabinets and light work surfaces with a deep teal glass splashback.

High-Gloss Kitchen Cabinetry with Full-Height Storage

The fitted kitchen has cashmere slab doors with a warm grey tone. The upper cupboards use a handleless J-pull style, while the lower cabinets have low-profile integrated edge pulls.

Full-height larder and appliance housings extend to the ceiling, providing tall enclosed storage. Scribed infill panels finish the gaps around the cabinetry, creating a neat fit against the surrounding walls and ceiling.

White Worktops and Deep Teal Glass Splashback

Slim-profile white stone-effect worktops provide a light surface against the polished deep teal glass splashback. The contrasting finishes give the kitchen a modern appearance while keeping the cabinet fronts simple.

A white sink is positioned beneath the window, with a swan-neck chrome mixer tap. The cooking appliances include a black glass gas hob, a built-in electric fan oven and a concealed extractor.

Oak-Effect Flooring and Integrated Kitchen Lighting

Warm oak-effect plank flooring introduces a timber appearance beneath the glossy cabinetry. Decoration was completed as part of the renovation, bringing the room’s finishes together.

Recessed LED ceiling spotlights provide general lighting, while under-cabinet task lighting illuminates the work surfaces. Brushed-metal power points complete the electrical fittings.
